Prawn Chilli Recipe Makes A Delicious Starter!

Prawn Chilli recipe happens to be one of the most delicious starter. Its spicy and briny flavour gives us great delight. Especially sea food lovers have a great preference for prawn recipes. Lets learn making this tasty Prawn Chilli recipe. The whole preparation should take approx 30 minutes time.
Ingredients for making Prawn Chilli:
Prawns - 1/2 kg, fresh and cleaned
Green Capsicum - 1 small sized, chopped
Onions - 1 medium sized, chopped
Spring Onions - a handful
Greens of Spring Onions - for garnishing
Salt - to taste
Cornflour - 2 tablespoon mixed with 1/4 cup water
Maida - 2 tablespoon
Soya Sauce - 1 tablespoon
Pepper Powder - 1 tablespoon
Eggs - 1 no, white
Ginger Garlic paste - 2 teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder - 1 teaspoon
Oil - 4 tablespoon
Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
Green Capsicum - 1 small sized, chopped
Onions - 1 medium sized, chopped
Spring Onions - a handful
Greens of Spring Onions - for garnishing
Salt - to taste
Cornflour - 2 tablespoon mixed with 1/4 cup water
Maida - 2 tablespoon
Soya Sauce - 1 tablespoon
Pepper Powder - 1 tablespoon
Eggs - 1 no, white
Ginger Garlic paste - 2 teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder - 1 teaspoon
Oil - 4 tablespoon
Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
In a bowl, add cornflour, maida, salt and egg. Mix it well and make a fine paste. Dip in the prawns to the paste and marinate for half an hour. Deep fry the prawns and keep it aside. Heat oil, add onion, a little salt and fry till it light brown. Add capsicum, spring onions, ginger garlic paste and saute for sometime. Add red chilli powder, pepper powder and fry for a minute. Add soya sauce, tomato sauce, salt to taste and mix well. Add the fried prawns and cook for sometime. Garnish with Greens of Spring onions.
Prawn Chilli can be eaten just as a starter otherwise also with noodles or rice items of your choice.
