Preparation Of Apple Pancakes

Pancakes
are mostly preferred by everyone and children love eating them. When I
was a kid I loved eating them and my mom used to prepare pancakes in
various flavours. Today let’s learn how to prepare a delicious Apple
Pancakes which has a unique taste.
Plain flour - 1/2 cup
Corn flour - 1/2 cup
Milk - 3/4 cup
Melted butter - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste

For the apple filling:
Apples- 4 which are peeled and chopped into small cubes
Butter - 2 tbsp
Brown sugar - 4 tbsp
Cinnamon powder -1/2 tbsp
Honey - 2 tbsp (optional)
Walnuts for garnish

For preparation of Pancakes, take a bowl and Mix flour, corn flour, milk, salt and 1/2 cup water making a batter.
Take a
pan add little butter on a non stick pan and now add small amount of
batter (approximately 2 tbsp) in the pan. Now cook the pancake till it
get golden-brown on both the sides and follow the same method for the
rest of the batter.
For the
filling in the pancake: Take a pan and Melt the butter and add apples,
sugar and cinnamon powder. Cook till the apples are soft and well
coated.
Once the
filling mixture is ready now take the pancakes prepared and fill the
stuff on each pancake and add some honey and walnuts on top and you can
serve it. You can also serve with vanilla ice-cream for some extra
brownie points.
