Therefore, one must be prepared for a fascinating experience of sipping
on a hot cup of masala chai. Yes, I know you are getting tempted with
the words then imagine what it would be when you make it yourself. The
aromatic Indian spices and herbs would keep you mesmerized as you enjoy
it while it starts drizzling outside your window. Can you imagine! Learn

Tea leaves, 4-6 teaspoons
Milk, 1 cup
Chai masala, 1 teaspoon
Sugar, 4 teaspoons

Firstly,
dry grind all the masala ingredients to a fine powder. Let it cool
completely then sieve. Store in an airtight container. Use the masala as
and when required to make tea. Boil three cups of water in a pan. Add
tea leaves, milk, the powdered masala and sugar and bring the mixture to
a boil again. Boil for a couple of minutes. Strain and serve piping
hot.
